WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately due to health and hygiene reasons we do not offer returns on cosmetic products (lipsticks, lipgloss, lipliner and eyelashes). However if the items are damaged/faulty/incorrect upon delivery please contact us immediately.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER
Unfortunately once an order has been processed, we are unable to change or cancel your request.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Paypal, Credit or Debit card payments. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship internationally with Royal Mail, tracking details will be issued once delivery is processed and out for delivery. You will receive your products within 7-14 business days, weekends and bank holidays are not working days.
We aim to ensure all products are delivered safely, therefore if you receive damaged packages please contact us immediately in order for us to contact the shipping company for compensation.
If your package is lost please contact us immediately. Unfortunately we do not take any responsibility if you have entered an incorrect shipping address.

International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, this may cause delays in our estimated delivery dates.
For undeliverable and refused deliveries shipping and taxes are non refundable.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All our orders are issued with tracking number, which will be sent to you via email when your products have been processed and out for delivery.
